      Pros

      Only positive side I can think of is the free lunches.

      Cons

      - Huge partiality can be seen by management towards some already "choosen ones" - Though Backend trainer was spot on, frontend trainer was trash. Couldn't learn anything alas! - Does not appreciate the hard work - Waste of time if you are not from public universities or NSU because the chances of them selecting from the rest of the universities are slim to none.
