Pros
For a price this places teaches you how to be tough and the concept part of the job was really fun. Everyone from the owner to the receptionist was involved in the concepting stage. Some clients would ask for unconventional deliverables and we wouldn't say no which was actually fun to do. The owner is the nicest guy you'll talk to.
Cons
Little to no work/life balance. Expect to take lots of work home at night and weekends. A lot of new talent would be interviewed but rarely was someone hired so the non-management employees are overloaded, overworked and putting in 10-12 hour days. Half of the team is super friendly and the other half have serious ego/attitude/control issues. They rarely follow through with creative projects that aren't directly client related. A lot of pressure is placed on concepting and designing viral projects that will make the company stand out and you are asked to spend your time outside of work realizing these projects. Eventually the projects get forgotten about and your personal time is being wasted.
