Pros

Good Environment, Close to Public transportation. Collegues are good and friendly.

Cons

Was there for almost 5 years. Never got a raise. No Bonus. This place became a hell hole for someone who is trying to enhance their career. There is no career path. All talk no Action by Management. All they care about is numbers. Employee do not mean anything to this company

Pros

Great team culture where everyone is pulling together towards a common goal. A lot of intelligent people that offer up their collective experiences to help you grow and develop your career.

Cons

A nicer office with better facilities, common areas, and better coffee would be great.

Pros

BLUE is a small company with big culture. From bingo tournaments to bowling to potluck lunches, BLUE works hard to create an environment where employees from various departments and all levels of the company (including the executive team and the CEO) come together to celebrate hard work and results. BLUE is also committed to success. Employees are truly empowered with resources to make a direct contribution to organization objectives, and they are appropriately rewarded for their efforts. BLUE had a record-breaking year in 2017, and the executive team knows this is the result of a talented, committed team of employees. Therefore, they treat everyone as value-added. The CEO frequently walks through the office to check in with the employees, thank them for their efforts, and ask them for their feedback. In more than 25 years in the workforce, I have never felt more appreciated by my employer.

Cons

BLUE’s location is a bit of a drawback since it is not located in the loop. However, the Cumberland stop on the blue line is a stone’s throw from the office building, which makes commuting easy. In addition, when BLUE holds social events downtown (which are frequent and fun!), it reimburses the employees for public transportation fees and parking.
