Cons
I was involved with the company from its inception, helping the founders, Matas and Roman, build a marketing agency aimed at growing small to medium DTC companies. However, based on my experience, I would caution potential clients and employees. Reasons to Avoid as a Client: Misleading Services: The promises they make are rarely, if ever, delivered. They claim involvement with brands like Raycon, but the success of these brands had little to do with their efforts; they simply leveraged relationships with the founders. Questionable Case Studies: The company lacks a genuine track record of success. Most case studies are exaggerated or completely fabricated. Inexperienced Leadership: The founders have limited marketing expertise and struggle with their own businesses, which barely break even. They’re good speakers, but that doesn’t translate into results. Underqualified Team: The team consists mostly of young, inexperienced employees with low pay who lack real marketing knowledge. Reasons to Avoid as a Prospective Employee: Lack of Respect for Staff: Employees can be let go without warning, with no payment for their work. Poor Management: Matas and Roman are heavily involved in day-to-day operations but lack skills in both people and service management. Uncertain Stability: The company’s future is always uncertain, as the leadership paints an overly rosy picture that doesn’t align with reality.
