good colleagues, fun parts of the job, team nights out down the pub etc.
Cons
They completely take advantage of you and your skills and then moan at you when you do something wrong. My job title was a social media intern, they barely put me on social media as i didnt get on with the leader of that team, they made me do photography in the studio when they didnt have any one else. I'm not trained in photography, i briefly studied it as part of my media course at college and i used to get moaned at when the photos didnt come out so great. Even tho they knew fully well i wasnt a photographer and it was just a hobbie. They then put me on arranging meetings and photoshoots with models etc.. I enjoyed these parts of the job and when i expressed how much i was enjoying being in the studio with my friends etc doing the job they gave me, they took that role away from me and put me back on social media.
