      Pros

      Relatively small (Tier 2), so things are still able to get done in a reasonable time. Able to give you a pay rise in line with your experience rather than waiting for the next pay rises across the company. Will give opportunity if person is willing to work.

      Cons

      Often have to travel to isolated projects. Small teams, and situations can go south if there is a strong disagreement.

      Pros

      The work culture is supportive; however, the senior staff is very hard to reach due to a busy schedule. Even the managers who are allocated do not guide well. The manager will hand you over to the other team and let them know what to do next. With no KPI's mentioned or any clear directive on how the performance will be judged.

      Cons

      Will end your employment without any prior notice or any advice during the probation on how to improve or where the problem is coming. They will simply judge you from the backseat with any review of the performance for the first 6 months.
