Pros

Co workers are awesome. Frequent travel.

Cons

BMF is run by two people who spend hundreds and thousands of dollars on their lavish vacations and trips around the world, but cannot even invest in buying their 30+ employees a water fountain (that's right, we used a Brita). As they travel the world, the rest of us picked up the slack. When there was any sort of discrepancy - the boys were quick to take the clients side and throw anyone under the bus before even consulting with their team. I can't even begin to count the number of condescending emails I received from all 3 partners. Ultimately, they all talk the talk, but can't walk the walk and it's apparent in almost every project the company does.

Pros

You quickly how much pressure you can endure.

Cons

- Entry-level pay barely reaches minimum wage despite long hours and constant travel in an expensive city - Management talks down to staff and watches employees struggle without stepping in - Bullying behavior is ignored or tolerated, even when witnessed by managers - No real support system or sense of culture exists - Work-life balance is nonexistent - Employees are blamed for problems outside their control and left to handle the consequences alone - The atmosphere feels isolating and oppressive, with constant tension and stress - Overwhelm is treated as weakness rather than a real concern - Emotional safety is absent, with public criticism and zero accountability - Trust in leadership quickly erodes - Stress and frustration follow you home long after the workday ends - Mental and emotional strain from the environment lingers, causing lasting harm - Compensation is insulting given the demands and personal sacrifices required This role leaves a deep impression of exhaustion, mistrust, and emotional drain, making it a place that is difficult to survive in and impossible to recommend.
