Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable in the field. This is a sales position, and sometimes may involve canvassing in residential neighborhoods. We take the safety of our employees very seriously and neighborhoods are chosen based on market research where residents are more likely to purchase products and services. We wouldn’t place our team in neighborhoods where there was no chance of conversion. That being said, it can involve getting outside your comfort zone, which is a good thing! Field work is also part of training, which we do to get employees on track to be successful in sales and leadership. This benefits our employees and our clients alike. As with any sales job, it is a two-way street and people will get out what they put in. Sometimes this involves overcoming objections and moving through discouraging moments. We do understand that it's not for everyone. I am glad to hear that the training was beneficial for you and that you gained sales and communication skills. I hope those skills carry you far in your professional career and beyond!

Pros

BMI gave me the coaching and development that I needed in business to get to the next level as far as my career. The manager Zach is heavily involved and the trainers genuinely cared about my growth. They gave me the tough love that I was looking for when I started with them and I would have stayed with the company but I moved out of state to pursue my MBA.

Cons

You use your own vehicle to get to the leads. I was always put in convenient territory based on my location but still.

Pros

After changing career paths I was nervous about starting a new industry. The BMI staff did an excellent job in training me from the ground up and helped me blossom as a representative and eventually a coach/leader. Management is very hands-on and continues to follow through with their clients and staff.

Cons

The company is one of the top branches for their client in the country, that being said you have to always be willing to pivot. People who are creatures of habit can have a hard time with this.
