Pros
- After 2+ years of work, the business is on the right side of a merger/restructure of how business units work and report up. - Truly great flexibility. Everyone is bought into the flexible work culture with many managers doing part time or flexi-work arrangements. - TOIL policy for consultants is better than most other firms.
Cons
- Sometimes it feels like there is a big focus on money and profitability. Thats natural for any consulting business but can be taxing.
