Pros
Decent pay, plenty of overtime. 5-day long weekends every 3 weeks. Good benefits.
Cons
Takes too long for BMW to hire the MAU-temp workers. It shouldn't take someone 3,000-4,000 hours worth of work for BMW to hire them,.. and then wait another 5 years to receive the same pay as the dozen other people who do the exact. same. Job.
