Pros
The working environment is really good and the relationship with the rest of the colleagues is superb. Working hours are logical and according to the workload, with no need staying up too late without any reason.
Cons
More than 50% of the management team consist of people with hardly any academic background. The latter makes the communication tricky and younger people are being discouraged to improve theirselves. The salaries do not depict the capability of each employee. In junior level, everyone receives the same amount of money without taking into consideration the level of expertise of the employees.
