      Pros

      There are some delightful people to work with. The sdlc process is getting better and better with adoption of AI and other modern technology.

      Cons

      upper management has left something to be desired for. The work-life is being made harder and harder with strict push for wfo across the company, along with transportation degradation.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok, sick and PTO time are good.

      Cons

      Got hired at a certain salary and was told that with all the OT I would be allowed, I would be at where I needed to be with my salary. 6 months in they took OT to a minimum. Promotions and raises are pretty much nonexistent. Everything is getting automated and/or being given to India. Hybrid but forced to be in office 4 days
