      What little in-person collaboration I did have was excellent.

      Cons

      Return to office was sloppily managed, and used as an excuse to lay off employees with no strings attached.

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
