I have left the company for 5 months now, but haven't received my salary. PF is not provided. They just keep on finding reasons to hold back your salary. No communication for any change in contract. Manager doesn't know how to talk to employees. They think we are donkeys here who will work according to their wish and not raise a voice against you and yeah obviously they think we are working for free with them. This complaint is not only from me, every contract employee doesn't receive salary from them. Hence take my advice and don't join this company. If you have joined, forget about salary and leave it asap.

They didn't give me any reason to refer anybody else.

I don't know what kind of consultancy they are running, this is happened to me. I was selected in oct 2017 and got my offer letter in March 2018 and then they wants me to join with in 15 days, somehow i manage to join in 20 days. After joining i got to know that this the worst ever consultancy. They just start harassing from the first day for issue like delay in salary(every one got salary on first week but we got after 15), delay in shift allowances , there is not policy in favor of employee. Then i decided to left the company after 30 days of notice period on 27 of June and then i got to know that i will get my fnf after 60 days. Till now there is no update on fnf and still there is no entry of pf amount that they have deducted from my salary. I'm following-up on mail, some time they respond and sometime they just ignored. The HR team keeps me telling to have patience but there is no result.
