Pros
Plenty of opportunities to work outside of your scope to gain experience in other areas.
Cons
When I was interviewed I was under the impression that this was a growing company with bright future. After a few months it became clear that they are not. What made be believe that they were a good company beside what was said in the interview was there reviews written on glass door. All the company info, and pictures are false. The picture are all from employees that worked with them years ago and they are long gone, and nothing but big open space that is unoccupied. The revenue in the company overview don't add up since they have only 2 clients that are not even big brands. Also, if they were making that much in revenue with only 5-8 employees. How come they can't manage to get there employees paid on time? Management seems to be desperate to try and attract high level prospects from similar industries just to see if they can get some new business, and if you don't deliver they really don't care about you. They also can be disrespectful to others to who they think they can take advantage of. This may be a good job for newbies or if you are looking to get experience but I highly would not recommend to my friends or family to work at this place.
