      Best place to learn as a fresher. flexible log in timings.

      Cons

      you need to keep begging for each and every need as an employee. No strong management for good decision making. Management makes you beg for a leave. MD is in Hyderabad but he is least bothered to know the actual review from each employee.

      Pros

      Great people, good money, good environment. Lots of perks and opportunities for extra money and or benefits. Most fun I've had in a work place.

      Cons

      The only con of working here is that if you are used to being micro managed or corporate bureaucracy, it may take you a while to adjust to the environment.
