Pros

Good place to work if you just want to ski. great mountain, free ski pass as long as you are full time, resort discounts. Depending on the job you might get ski breaks. Pretty easy to advance up the chain of command.

Cons

I worked for boyne for 3 years and was a supervisor the last year i was there, and all i learned was terrible management skills, after all, our employees are "expendable." If you are in management it is not a bad job as long as you can live up to company standards, have no morals and treat the people working for you like dirt, well i guess they are getting paid dirt wages. I think my first season i made 7.50 an hour working 45hrs a week and i was supposed to live on that in a ski town? I've worked for many resort company's and this was by far the least i have ever gotten paid, but at least you get to ski.

One of the best locations to be working in the outdoors! Felt well supported and had a blast working for the camp.

Cons

Long commute but incredible views

Pros

Ski and golf benefits across some great resorts

Cons

Company seems to be taking all the cool stuff away, discounts and limiting employee golf and ski benefits. Enjoyed working here for over a decade but now seems like they are focused on making this place more like Vail.
