Pros
- Quick exposure soon after joining, with key responsibilities in international projects from the outset - Caring environment where employees development is prioritised - Opportunity to work in some great European cities containing supportive colleagues to ease the transition (if moving to a new location to join BPI)
Cons
- Ideally need to be able/learn quickly to run your own workload as Project Managers are sometimes stretched with multiple projects running at once (in terms of career development this is also a massive benefit!)
