POC Avoid - Staff Accountant BPM Employee Review

Being told in your informal reviews that you were doing great , keep up the good work by seniors and mangers. Clients love you, your Coach gives you biweekly praise BUT then you’re randomly let go with no form of explanation. No proof as to any poor performance. Maybe it’s because I’m a POC, it’s been mentioned in prior reviews, and I’ve yet to work with another POC while there but the lack of care in this firm is atrocious.
