Pros: Good working environment, they try to look out for their workers even if the hands sometimes don't realize it. On-site safety management is some of the best I have ever worked with over the years. They support and back up their safeties on issues and do not throw them under the bus.
Cons: Pay is lower than the industrial average. Production management left a lot to be desired.
