Pros
Not a ton of micro management, as salesperson was given almost full freedom to create/manage full sales cycle.
Cons
Poor benefits. Had to wear many hats as it is a small company which at times could take away from time spent selling. Old software systems in place for CRM, service management, even old versions of Office.
