Pros

Supportive and knowledgeable colleagues who genuinely try to help each other navigate the challenges.

Cons

Poor management with inconsistent communication and lack of leadership direction Micro-management from upper leadership, yet no accountability for low-performing personnel Uneven workload distribution—some auditors remain underutilized with open diaries while others are consistently overworked Employees are undervalued and overworked, with minimal recognition or meaningful support Middle management lacks leadership skills and primarily acts as a conduit for top-down directives, without truly supporting front-line auditors Limited career growth opportunities and unclear development pathways Excessive bureaucracy and rigid processes that hinder efficiency Poor work-life balance, for some auditors with frequent travel Lack of transparency in decision-making at higher levels High turnover and low employee morale

Pros

Autonomous working environment. Most jobs are work from home.

Cons

Work life balance. Managers have never done the actual job and have no idea how time consuming it is. You won't have time to take your PTO and then you lose it at the end of the year, no carry over.
