1. Management is deducting mandatory EPF and PCB contributions but not paying to EPF and LHDN respectively - while at the same time purchasing luxury cars for the directors 2. Morale of staff is the lowest I've seen in any company - no team spirit 3. Directors want to have a say in everything you do and they are always right - even when they are wrong :-)
