Cons
-Awful on board training. -Awful pay. -Almost NO personal recognition for personal goals reached. -Being told we must get orders closed when we did NOT have the ability to do that most of the time. -Being told that we were not allowed to do something, but if a Sales pro whined to their manager enough, we'd break the rules for them. -Sales Pros not using Engage, when SSRs spend 70%+ of our days updating it with tracking/updating information....to only have them emailing the SSR asking for tracking information (duplicating ALL of our efforts). -Requesting FedEx labels should have always been a SPs responsibility, since they are sending samples out from their location to their customers. -------As I said before, the pay was awful for what we were expected to do. ----------------Then they just laid off over 50 of the SSRs after we were trained, and we cleaned up their mess.
