Be Warned - Management BST Transportation Group Employee Review

Toxic TOXIC environment! They have no clue and have hired a questionable person to handle staff's sensitive information and enforce that you do not push back to "leadership team"- if you value your personal information, you have been warned If you aren't a friend of a particular executive and are not a "yes" man your career will never go anywhere - Good Luck! Discrimination, Abusive behavior and harassment are a common occurrence. The lack of respect and the offensive comments are high here, especially at the top level. They never make good on their employment offers (especially, if you have a bump in your pay after a time frame - good luck! you'll never see it!) No merit increases and no review structure. They expect you to do the work of multiple people not just the title you were hired for (which is fine to a certain degree but do NOT think you will get any additional compensation or appreciation, EVER) They don't pay people on time, drivers and employees alike. The "leadership team" don't really care about their staff, it's just what is in it for them and how they can further their own careers without looking at how to develop the good people they have. High turnover. I saw more people leave a company in my first year alone, than I have seen, leave any other company I've worked for. If the owner doesn't see you in front of your desk typing you must not be doing anything. You will get a target on your back and be shown the door. Lying, conspiring, gossiping by the so-called leadership team.
