Innovative Culture: From the top-down, there's an emphasis on innovation and creative thinking. The management doesn't just pay lip service to these ideas; they actively invest in new technologies and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. Supportive Colleagues: One of the best parts about working here is the team. The camaraderie among colleagues is genuinely uplifting, and everyone is invested in each other’s personal and professional growth.
Cons
Honestly, it's hard to come up with any significant downsides to working at BTI. If I had to nitpick, I'd say: High Expectations

The leadership’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture is truly world-class, providing HR with the resources needed to drive meaningful employee engagement. We offer a robust internal mobility program and competitive benefits that genuinely reflect our respect for the talent we hire.
Cons
Because we are scaling so rapidly, some of our legacy processes are still catching up to our current size, which can lead to occasional 'growing pains.' However, this provides an incredible opportunity for proactive leaders to help shape the future of our organizational infrastructure.
As someone who didn't have an IT background I was grateful for the opportunity and the job is pretty simple. Software testing isn't too difficult of a job even though most of the testing was repetitive. Most of the testing is the same unless the manager wants to change you to a different team. . The manager was very empathetic and understanding
Cons
This isn't an ordinary 9-5 job the hours are long depending on the project so sometimes work stops at 7 or 8 so there's a lack of work/life balance. The testing can get repetitive and boring after a while. Sometimes you can expect an attitude and slow response times from some of the upper-level management during the higher level software testing. I got conflicting messages on how long training was suppose to be and some of my coworkers don't know how to train. Some of the older co-workers were extremely sarcastic and tough. There's a lack of upward mobility and growth many of my coworkers were there for years.
