Supporting clients and their mission can be difficult but extremely rewarding work!

Changes in leadership has been an incredibly positive thing for BTQ. The company continues to grow in more ways than one and takes its employees seriously. It’s a great time to be a part of an organization where you can have a voice during a time of inspiring change. Very skilled, supportive coworkers and a real team environment. Supporting nonprofits is a rewarding career.

Long hours, some staff are overextended. Pay is good, but poor benefits detract. No 401K match and high healthcare premiums almost cancel out base salaries.
