Pros
Great atmosphere, hard working and focussed colleagues, comfortable offices in convenient locations. Hybrid and remote working is the norm but always the option to go into the offices if you want or need to.
Staff are generally trusted to get on with their work with minimal to no micro management.
Cons
Work life balance is horrendous.
They win projects and increase workload without increasing the number of staff to deal with it. Have to do overtime every day.
Too many meetings which waste time and distract from work. I sometimes feel I spend more time telling managers or directors what I'm going to do than actually doing the work I need to do.
I.T is always down making it tough to meet deadlines and they take so long to respond like several weeks or months for problems you would expect to be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.
