      Small company. Able to make decisions quickly to increase sales. No micro management.

      Cons

      Favoritism by owner that extends to employees inside/outside of work. Favoritism by management by hiring of friends.

      Pros

      Management doesn't micro manage it's employees. They are allowed to make decisions and react quickly to sales information.

      Cons

      Very cliquey, supports more of a younger crowd of employees. A lot of favoritism by persons in management both at work and outside work.
