Not worth your time, shady business practices - Customer Care Representative BabyVision Employee Review

It's a family owned/run business so the owners/management are very accessible. Opportunities are there if you show you are capable and willing to put the time in. In my time working here the number of employees has more than doubled so the company is clearly growing.

Being a small business always has some cons. They don't offer many "perks" that some big companies may offer . Being needed to work long hours can be looked at as a con for some and benefits could be better.

My time at BabyVision has definitely been an enriching experience. When I interviewed for a position at BabyVision in the end of May they were looking for a full-time year-round employee. I worried I would not get the job because as a college student, I am only home for the summer. Luckily for me, they were very accommodating. They hired me as an intern and in my three months here I have been given the chance to apply the training they provided me in various ways. Every fews weeks I was able to try something new and that is why I enjoyed this internship so much. They knew I had an interest in business, especially accounting and they never hesitated to take the time to share important advice with me. Everyone who works here has been nothing but kind and patient with me. BabyVision has a really hardworking team! This job was an all-around great experience and I would absolutely recommend it.

I would say that my time at BabyVision has lacked any serious issues or disappointments; however, I have only worked here for a short eleven weeks.
