Pros

Nice office, really intelligent people, interesting project work that really forces you to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions

Cons

Management is really tough on jr team members, they're expected to be in the office very early and not to leave until very late, they are pushed incredibly hard and rewarded little

Pros

Cons

-Boutique size and typical consulting deadlines/unpredictability can make for long hours, at times -Structured development programs could be grown/enhanced -Fewer rungs in the hierarchy can be good for exposure but also make long-term career planning less clear
