      Used to be a company with great culture.

      Cons

      Weak company strategy results in frequent layoffs. New colleagues or colleagues who have been at the company for 10+ years are fired with the same ease while managers keep on receiving raises and promotions for decisions badly made.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
