We take concerns about transparency, compensation, performance pressure, and how feedback is received seriously. We consistently evaluate our overall compensation based on employee feedback and industry standards. Our employment structure focuses on providing the highest possible quality experience for our guests, while ensuring it meets various employment regulations across 16 country-specific payrolls. It is not structured to limit pay or health benefit potential - rather, the opposite. In that vein, for our US field staff who do not qualify for the employer-provided health insurance due to the minimum-hours threshold, we provide monthly wellness stipends to help compensate for any out-of-pocket health care costs.
