      Pros

      Great product, with a great selection. Employees share a passion for the product that is in the store, and care about getting customers out the door with the right product for them, no matter what. Great discounts on awesome products as well.

      Cons

      A recent addition of monthly "sales goals" has given the store atmosphere a hint of "commission-based competition" which I do not personally like.

      Pros

      Great management that worked with you and your schedule. Some of the best managers I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership had many issues. Didn't pay vendors on time to the point where our bigger brands stopped working with us. This really hurt the stores, as what the specialty items people came in for were not there.
