Staff constantly told they should be happy to have a job there and that there's a long line of out of work people waiting to replace them. When staff complained about inappropriate behaviour from a supervisor they were told "maybe that's just your perception of the situation". Kept the team on furlough and then let the majority of them go with little notice before reopening. A very good concept led by passionate creatives utterly ruined by a cutthroat "control through fear" style general manager who refuses to put any of the blame on his own shoulders. Staff overworked, undervalued and severely underpaid for a company whose lofty goal is to be "The UK's leading experience".
