      Pros

      -Technology is interesting and improves the quality of human life -Days move fairly quickly -Company trips and the occasional free lunch -Decent benefits package -New merger and CEO are steps in the right direction

      Cons

      -Poor communication and limited clean room space leads to hours of nothing to do -SOPs are vague and leave room for interpretation which causes confusion on how to perform the job properly -lots of drama, gossiping, and a fairly low employee moral -training system was GARBAGE however they were working on a new system when I left -Schedule was a mess and typically got changed once or twice before work got started in the morning

      Pros

      Bacterin is an overall positive environment with some quality products. With the new CEO, they are making aggressive and positive changes to become more affluent in the biologics industry. I was overall pleased working with them and would recommend.

      Cons

      The biologics industry is just a challenge in itself. I find the data non-compelling (of ALL competitors) and unfortunately these types of products have become very commoditized. With that being said, it can be difficult selling for Bacterin because they don't have any metal to back things up with, which is the bigger focus of many surgeons for these ortho procedures. However, they are great products and if you sell correctly, you will find success.
