Good Staff and Environment - Software Developer Baetho Employee Review

The company has an excellent overall culture. They are an employee-oriented start-up. Great work-life balance. The deadlines for the work are realistic. The managers and senior developers are talented and hardworking. A lot to learn for a fresher regarding software development, and software architecture.

The salary for the junior developers could be better. (Not sure about other wages; this could change as the company review grows.)

1. The work culture is good. We have employee engagement activities every Friday! Which is quite fun and helps us de-stress at the end of the week. 2. I'm learning a lot on the job by taking up other tasks outside of my expertise. 3. Great work life balance
