if you are looking for a small organisation with very few ppl to interact with thn you may be doing ok there. as this company is in very centre of leeds, it might be suitable for few ppl.
Cons
if you are looking for rapid growth in your career progression thn this is wrong place for you. as you are stuck with no training and no change... you would probably suffocate in few days. the building itself is an old factory converted into an office. which looks nice but not the best place to work in.
