Great culture, the recruitment process is pretty straightforward, if there is not a client that has been matched to your profile, the company will keep searching until a position is made available for you, this is a great benefit.

I wouldn't think there is a con based on my experience. They work constantly to keep you motivated and focus on life/work balance.
