Pros
Good quality food. Honest business. Cohesive team. Solid job for temporary part-time, but wouldn't recommend for long-term or career.
Cons
Consistently under-staff to cut down on overhead, so 1 person regularly does the work of 2. It's manageable and time goes by fairly quickly, but over time it becomes very draining and it grows to outweigh the pros.
