Pros

Some support teams were solid from a senior leadership perspective.

Cons

Senior leadership had hands tied to make changes needed to be a successful branch. Hourly associates are over worked and unpaid. The environment is dark, dreary, and either extremely hot or extremely cold. Culture is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Pros

Improving my sales abilities while gaining industry knowledge. Opportunities to meet bakery owners and operators. Different business challenges every week. Sales teams ready to help, management with clear direction. I continue building confidence and learning how different customers approach their operations.

Cons

Sales expectations are demanding, and there is consistent pressure to grow account revenue.

Pros

The trucks were mechanically sound, and the team was generally easy to get along with.

Cons

- I arrived on day one with absolutely no onboarding, no written materials, and no explanation of routes or systems. - The first weeks were spent scrambling to piece together basic information that should have been covered before I ever started. - There was no clear instruction on safety procedures, dispatch operations, or routing, leaving me to figure everything out by observation alone. - Early mistakes were unavoidable because proper training was never provided, only trial-and-error learning. - Ongoing issues kept occurring because essential processes were never explained up front. - Once I was on the road, there was no real mentoring, oversight, or support system in place.
