Pay was low for amount of work load

The only upside to working here is the parking lot, and the coworkers you can develop a relationship with some coworkers

Where should I start...now of course every workplace has favoritism but working here I've seen a lot of favoritism play out. The pay is extremely low for the workload given. There's a high turnover rate. The quickest they fire someone is the quickest someone quits. Job security is a main problem here, the only way to maintain a job here is by favoritism without that your job is not secure. Bosses are unapproachable. Health insurance prices are also astronomical. Coworkers that you have not established a relationship with can also be backstabbing. A lot of shady unethical practices. Inadequate training, work is given without proper training then workers become confused. When workers approach supervisors or managers attitude follows behind it like they don't want to be bothered. I wouldn't recommend working here. Please avoid this place.
