Pros

- casual environment - work/life balance (sometimes not the case) - benefits - good/fun co workers - office provides a lot of food and happy hours

Cons

- the projects are extremely boring and the work on those projects can be very mundane - they don't seem to care what you're interested in, you'll get thrown on whatever comes up if you're available - the pay is pretty low compared to other firms (big 4) - they want you to get involved with other parts of the firm but there is not much value in that because the only thing you're going to gain is a friendship, there's no chance you could be put on a project with another group in the firm unless they had a need and they would bring you in because you're a warm body, not because you're skilled in something - the partners should be selling, not working in the weeds on a project - the culture is pretty clicky, there's a lot of people at BT who were interns in college and are still there 8 (or 15) years later. Seemingly high turnover for people who came in as experienced hires

Pros

Flexibility, small firm feel, technology advancements

Cons

PE driven, low pay compared to market, treats as all industries are the same when there are vast differences in service
