The reason why employee's typically stay at the Firm is because of the Firm's willingness to construct a flexible work schedule to best fit your lifestyle.
Cons
If you are not a fan of busy season you probably should not be in public accounting. The only suggestion I would make is for the Firm to provide meals on a more frequent basis.
