Pros
Company is growing strong, providing advancement opportunities and enjoyable challenges. You are recognized for your work and the benefits and pay are good. Company tends to be very flexible in terms of work/life balance, however I'm not an accountant so it may be different from IT. Lots of office events and perks that help make staff feel welcomed.
Cons
Not very many. If you are outside of the Madison or a few other key offices it can sometimes be difficult to get access to more interesting and rewarding IT projects. However, with the company changing so quickly there are plenty to do and opportunities abound.
