      Pros

      Bakkt is a company funded by Intercontinental Exchange Inc. I'm still unsure what Bakkt does. It's changed it's product multiple times and had some 5 layoff rounds this year alone.

      Cons

      Lack of guidance from leadership and management on what the company sells and does.

      Pros

      Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

      Cons

      Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.
