The company culture is collaborative which is rare in Hedge Funds. Different team often work together but it’s limited to big PMs only.
Cons
- Most of the analysts work as glorified tech helps for PM with low chances of becoming a risk-taker (promoted as Associate PM) - The salaries / bonus payouts are very low compared to similar analyst roles at other hedge funds
