It is a very big company, where you can move and develop any kind of expertise you want. Entrees must be approved in public contest; there are no direct hiring. Therefore, for moving to other areas, candidates will be submitted to resume and interviews processes.
Cons
Too much stability can make people lazy or less interested in personal development. It is also easy to find managers with high technical skills but low managerial skills.
