The internship provided a strong introduction to financial analysis and project work. The team was always willing to answer questions, and I gained hands-on exposure to real business processes. The work environment was collaborative, and managers gave helpful guidance throughout my time there.

Some workflows could be more structured, and onboarding materials were occasionally unclear. At times, communication between teams was slow, which made certain tasks harder to complete efficiently. Workload also varied week to week, making planning challenging.

Great company to work for, and the atmosphere is amazing.

Because of the business itself, the career growth is a bit restrictive, but there is nothing negative to report, really.
