I worked here for 4 years and during the entire time I was by myself, on call 7 days a week so if you have plans for scheduled activities outside of the job, kiss those goodbye. It was often a struggle to get time off which is ridiculous because how can you expect someone to be ready to work 365 days a year. Also I would be responsible for jobs to where I would have to drive 200 miles away to get to them, on time, without speeding, without overtime, while not letting the assignments in my home city go late. And don't let me get stuck on an assignment for any reason, though they've gotten better about this towards the end of my employment, I would often get ignored if I needed assistance with something that would affect the customer. Only time I existed is if a client complained. Also the entire time I worked for Bancsource I never got a raise, not a single penny. As far as I know the refusal of pay raises was company wide, but it stop the company from making empty promises about raises the next year if you work harder. Having no zero training on equipment doesn't stop them from expecting you to still fix it with no help.
